We invite all our suppliers to join us in enabling fossil freedom by switching to more sustainable and efficient invoicing methods.

Our preferred digital channel is e-invoicing, offering faster processing, fewer manual errors and greater transparency. If e-invoicing is not yet a possibility for you, emailing us PDF invoices remains a good alternative. By going digital, you will also help reduce paper use.

To ensure accuracy and timely handling, and to help you submit invoices correctly, we have the Vattenfall standard invoicing requirements in place.
